Well, school is officially back in session and I have lived through over a week of it. So far I have experienced an earthquake, come to love the basement of the library, and figured out how not to fall off the top of a bunk-bed. I've been pretty busy with getting homework done and haven't taken a whole lot of photos, but here are some of our evening at Wetlands:
It was very cold, so it ended early. However, we did have fun and I'm glad I got to go. It had been a long time since I had last been to a water park. Near the end of the evening, they had a synchronized swimming contest that was hilarious. There were three teams of guys who ended up competing and they had to swim to "Party in the U.S.A." by Miley Cyrus. It was very entertaining.
Later on in the first week, Tess and I discovered the basement of the library, wherein there lie mysteries rolling bookshelves the like of which I'd never seen before. We had a marvelous time moving them to find different books as well as pretending to squish each other between them. Here are some photos down an aisle of bookshelves:
Later that same evening, Tess and I took some photos that were a little more fun. She was supposed to have a photo of her doing something she loved (this was for a class assignment). All we could think of was acting, but the Gregory building was closed. So, we went and took pictures inside Seeger Chapel instead. Here are two of the photos:
Well, I must head back to the land of reality where I have many unpleasant pages of homework awaiting me. I will try to post again later this week.
